—Amended order and judgment unanimously modified in the exercise of discretion and as modified affirmed without costs in accordance with the following Memorandum: Defendant contends that Supreme Court erred in denying her cross motion for additional discovery regarding the finances of a closely held corporation owned by plaintiffs family.
