Appellant appeals from the judgment upon tbe verdict of tbe jury in favor of respondent in her action for damages against appellant for injuries alleged to have been received by her on account of tbe alleged negligent manner in which appellant, at or near tbe intersection of Junípero Serra Boulevard and Alemany Boulevard in tbe city and county of San Francisco, drove and operated bis automobile so as to cause same to collide with an automobile in which respondent was riding *440as a guest.
