MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
MacLAUGHLIN, District Judge.
In this libel action, based upon Minnesota law, each defendant moves for summary judgment on the ground that the allegedly defamatory statements are not of and concerning plaintiffs. Defendant Time, Inc. also relies on the privilege conferred on accurate reports of official proceedings. A hearing on defendants’ motions was held on October 18, 1978.
