Plaintiff-appellant, Hutchinson National Bank and Trust Company, hereafter referred to as Bank, instituted this action against defendant-appellee, N. F. English Construction Company, Inc., hereafter referred to as English, to recover on two accounts *662receivable, which had been assigned to Bank as collateral by its debtor Bybee.

Bybee was a floor covering contractor doing business as Bybee’s Custom Floors. English is a general contractor in the construction business.
