This is a lien creditors’ bill filed by several judgment creditors of Ferdinand Rorer, suing for the benefit of themselves and all other lien creditors of the said Rorer who would contribute to the expense of the suit, for the purpose of subjecting his real estate to the payment of the liens *733thereon. The bill was several times amended and supplemented, and various petitions were filed in the case. A number of questions as to procedure were raised, all of which were disposed of on the former hearing of this case.…
