MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

WILKINS, District Judge.

Plaintiff, formerly a Junior Staff Analyst with the California Department of Benefit Payments (Department), brings this action seeking to redress her discharge from that Department. In addition to the Department, several of its officers and supervisors have been named as defendants in the instant case. Plaintiff seeks, inter alia, reinstatement, back pay, and attorney’s fees; she contends that this Court has jurisdiction pursuant to 28 U.S.C. §§ 1343(4), 2201, 2202; 42 U.S.C. § 1983, and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, as amended by the…
