MEMORANDUM DECISION

This Memorandum Decision constitutes the Court’s decision on two motions filed by the debtor, Ernst Home Center, Inc. (“Ernst”): (i) Ernst’s Motion For Order (1) Approving FADCO Agreement, (2) Authorizing the Sale and Other Disposition of Certain Leasehold and Fee Interests, and (3) Granting Related Relief (the “FADCO Motion”), and (ii) Ernst’s Motion to Extend Time Within Which to Assume or Reject Certain Unexpired Nonresidential Real Property Leases (the “Extension Motion”).
