Defendant Harper Hospital appeals as of right from the trial court’s denials of its motions for summary disposition, for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, and for a new trial, and from the court’s entry of judgment from the jury verdict for plaintiff. Harper contends that the trial court erred in denying its several motions on the ground that its student perfusionist, * 1 who was on loan to defendant Henry Ford Hospital, was not a loaned servant.
