Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Westchester County (Zambelli, J.), rendered January 19, 1999, convicting him of reckless endangerment in the first degree, upon his plea of guilty, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
The record reveals that the defendant knowingly, voluntarily, and intelligently pleaded guilty (see, People v Harris, 61 NY2d 9). We reject the defendant’s contention that he was coerced into pleading guilty because the County Court informed him of the maximum possible sentence he could receive if convicted after trial. The…
