SHIELDS, Judge.

The Board of School Trustees of the Ma-conaquah School Corporation (School Corporation) appeals the trial court's determination the School Board violated the Certificated Educational Employee Bargaining Act (Act), Ind.Code Ann. § 20-7.5-1 (Burns 1985) when it refused to bargain the salary of the summer pool director.

We reverse.
