This is an action in replevin filed by the plaintiff bank to recover a pick-up truck upon which it held first and second liens. The question presented is whether, on default, the plaintiff as a security grantor is entitled to possession of the motor vehicle as against a subsequent levying creditor, without first proceeding against other property covered by the plaintiff bank’s original security agreements.
