This is an appeal from an order of the Circuit Court of Han over county, wherein a petition for writ of habeas corpus filed by Leon S. Griffin, sometimes called the petitioner, against W. K. Cunningham, Jr., Superintendent of the Virginia State Penitentiary, sometimes referred to as respondent, was denied and dismissed.
