This is the second time the parties have come before this court on the issue of compensation for Elizabeth McElroy for her service as personal representative of the estate of Ron’Drequez Cortez White in a wrongful-death action arising out of a motor-vehicle accident in which White was killed. The wrongful-death action resulted in a recovery for White’s next of kin: his mother, Sandey Greene, and his father, Samuel Rodgers.
