Michelle Rumble was convicted, following a jury trial, of felony murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. Her conviction was affirmed by the Missouri Supreme Court. 1 The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Missouri, Eastern Division, 2 denied Rumble’s petition for writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254.
