1Opinion of the CourtHamilton, J.
— Elizabeth Wood and William Wood, wife and husband, were childless. On November 11, 1935, they executed separate wills containing reciprocal provisions in favor of each other and certain named beneficiaries, the latter being the plaintiffs in this action.
The following is the will of Elizabeth Wood:
"Know Alt. Men by These Presents:
"That I, Elizabeth Wood, of the City of Des Moines, County of Polk, State of Iowa, being of legal age, sound mind, and disposing memory, do hereby make, constitute, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking any and all former wills…
