Appellant, Sammy Denton, brings this appeal from the trial court’s order granting summary judgment in favor of the appellees, Clifton and Linda Pennington d/b/a Pennington Companies. On appeal, he asserts that the trial court erred when it found there were no genuine issues of material fact. We reverse and remand.
