There are here in form two appeals from an order of the District Court denying review of an order of the referee in bankruptcy and confirming the order of the referee whieh disallowed liens claimed by appellant on certain personal property of the bankrupt, Buckingham Realty Company, by virtue of two chattel mortgages held as collateral by *19appellant. One of these appeals was allowed by the District Court; the other, by this court.
