EVANS, Circuit Judge.
Appellee brought this suit to enjoin the continued operation of a radio broadcasting station (WMBB-W0K), which was being operated by appellants after the Federal Radio Commission had refused their application for a renewal of license. The District Court granted the injunction, and this appeal followed.
