RELLSTAB, District Judge.

The defendant in this suit, a corporation of the state of New York, moves to set aside the service of the summons and to dismiss the complaint, on the ground that this court is.without jurisdiction over the defendant.

The provisions of the 'New Jersey act concerning corporations (Rev. 1896), 2 Comp. Stat. N.
