{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jamilah Ali appeals from the judgment of the Belmont County Court, Western Division, which convicted her of aggravating menacing after denying her motion to suppress statements she made to police. The first issue presented asks whether statements made to police during an arrest and resulting in an aggravating menacing charge should have been suppressed where that arrest was found to be unlawful.
