Head, Justice.

On the former appearance of this case, the judgment of the trial court denying the plaintiffs’ motion for new trial was reversed. See Hannah v. Kenny, 210 Ga. 824 (83 S. E. 2d 1), for a statement of the issues and the rulings made. In the present bill of exceptions it is stated that the cause came on regularly for trial, and that, after the introduction of evidence, the court directed a verdict for the plaintiffs. “To the said order directing a verdict in favor of the plaintiff . . . and making the same the judgment of the court the defendant, R.
