Appellant Thomas J. Sims appeals his convictions for second degree robbery and armed criminal action. Mr. Sims claims that the trial court erred in failing to exclude two eyewitnesses’ in-court identifications of him because their reliability was tainted by an impermissibly suggestive pre-trial line-up. Mr. Sims also argues that the trial court committed plain error in admitting the testimony of Mary Kathleen Felton in which she stated that Mr. Sims had previously used drugs and pawned some of her possessions.
