Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Groh, J.), rendered April 20, 1988, convicting him of criminal sale of a *373controlled substance in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.

Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

At trial, the defendant objected to the closing of the courtroom to the public during the testimony of the undercover officer involved in the sale.
