The plaintiff is a corporation organized under Sections 29-1001 to 29-1005, inclusive, Idaho Codes Annotated. Section 29-1004, Idaho Codes Annotated, reads as follows: “29-1004. Interests of members equal — Membership certificates. In such an association the rights and interests of all members shall be equal, and no member can have or acquire a greater interest therein than any other member.
