This matter is before the Court on Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction and for Improper Venue pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2) and 12(b)(3) brought by Defendants David Grange (Grange) and Osprey Global Solutions, LLC (Osprey Global) (collectively, Defendants).
