Jacob Greenspawn was indicted in the circuit court of Winnebago county for the crime of forgery. He was tried by a jury, convicted and sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary, and he has sued out a writ of error.

The errors assigned are that the verdict is not supported by the evidence; that the court erred in the admission and rejection of evidence; in prejudicial remarks made on the trial; in the giving and refusing of instructions and in permitting the jury to seal their verdict and separate before its return into court. ■ Complaint is also made of prejudicial conduct of the State’s…
