This suit grows out of the cancellation and surrender of a life insurance policy issued by the Aetna Life Insurance Company, appellee (hereinafter designated as defendant) on the life of one Jimmie Boyd, who, at the time the policy was issued, was the husband of Christine Boyd, appellant (hereinafter designated as plaintiff).
