This is a replevin suit for two car loads of shingles, which it was claimed plaintiffs bought *230from the Neebish Lumber Company, a copartnership composed of defendants Jamieson and Wood field. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs’ case the trial court directed a verdict for the defendants on the ground that the title to said shingles had not passed to the plaintiffs. The only question presented on this appeal is whether or not that ruling was correct.
