Lester A. Beeman was the owner of a small centrally located vacant lot, twenty feet wide North and South and about seventy-eight feet long East and West, in the City of Orlando. A suit was pending against him by the liquidator of the Orlando Bank & Trust Company to 'recover some $15,000.00. On October 9th, 1931, just seventeen days before judgment was recovered against him in said suit, Beeman undertook to convey the lot to his mother, Mrs. Mary O. Beeman, but the description in the deed was defective, and the' deed only actually embraced and conveyed a narrow strip of this land…
