MAYER, Circuit Judge.

Shirley R. Hicks appeals the final decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board (“board”) dismissing her individual right of action (“IRA”) appeal for lack of jurisdiction. See Hicks v. Dep’t of the Air Force, No. AT-1221-15-0217-W-1, 2015 WL 5656959, 2015 MSPB LEXIS 8111 (Sept. 25,.2015) (“Board Decision”). For the reasons discussed below, we affirm.
