Dissenting Opinion on Petition to Transfer to the Supreme Court

Hunter, J.

I respectfully dissent from the denial of transfer in this cause. The petitioner, Alfred McKinley, filed for unemployment compensation after being discharged from his job as a night porter. The claim was denied without a hearing, based upon the employer’s written statement that McKinley had been caught gambling on the business premises.
