ATKINS, Senior District Judge.

Defendant Walker appeals from his conviction in the district court. Walker entered a conditional plea of guilty to a single-count indictment charging him with being a convicted felon in possession of a firearm, in violation of 18 U.S.C. §§ 922(g)(1) and 924(a)(1). Walker’s conditional plea of guilty was entered under an agreement with the government that Walker reserved the right to appeal the denial of his motions to suppress and dismiss.
