—Judgment unanimously affirmed. Memorandum: Defendant appeals from a judgment convicting her following a jury trial of insurance fraud in the third degree (Penal Law § 176.20). Defendant contends that the verdict is repugnant because the jury acquitted her of attempted grand larceny in the third degree (Penal Law §§ 110.00, 155.35).
