Pinola, J.,

On June 30, 1949, J ames Shandra, a registered elector and taxpayer, filed his appeal from the audit of the Township of Pittston, particularly as to the accounts of the supervisors and the secretary-treasurer.

Appellant declares in the affidavit that the “appeal is not taken for the purpose of delay, but because he *364verily believes that injustice has been done”.
