¶ 1. Damian Darnell Washington appeals from a judgment convicting him of one count of possession of cocaine, one gram or less, with intent to deliver, and also from an order denying his postconviction motion, which sought reconsideration of the trial court's denial of his suppression motion. Washington agrees with the trial court's determination that the police did not have reasonable suspicion to initially stop him.
