In this case there is before the Court an application by the co-trustee, Central National Bank of Cleveland, hereinafter called “Bank” for (a) compensation for extraordinary services and (b) compensation for payment of attorney’s fees to counsel employed by it. These charges are said to relate to questions arising during the administration of this trust and are said to have arisen out of the performance by the co-trustee bank of services not required in the common course of its duty.
