In an action for divorce, defendant appeals from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated April 15, 1977, which denied her motion to reargue a prior oral decision which fixed the amount of alimony and (2) a judgment of divorce of the same court, dated April 18, 1977. Appeal from the order dismissed. No appeal lies from an order which denies a motion for reargument of a decision. Judgment reversed, on the law, the facts and in the interest of justice, and new trial granted. Defendant is awarded one bill of costs to cover both appeals.
