By the first of these appeals this court is asked to review an order made by the court in probate, in terms directing the executors of the estate of George E. Loyd, deceased, who died testate, who at the time of his death was a resident of the state of California and whose will was pro bated in this state, “to sell all of the lands owned by said deceased at the time of his death in the state of Iowa, and to transmit the proceeds arising from the sale thereof to the county of Los.
