This is an original application for a peremptory writ of mandamus commanding the auditor of public accounts to register bonds voted and issued by the Liberty high school district of Sioux county in the sum of $30,000 to provide funds for the erecting and furnishing of a high school building. The refusal to register the bonds was based on the sole ground that they exceeded the amount authorized by statute.
