Cross-appeals by the plaintiff and certain defendants from a judgment that the defendants Jeffery, Pierce and Gould account to the defendant railroad company for the damage sustained by plaintiff as a stockholder in said company, which damage was determined as equal to the sum he would be entitled to receive on such accounting, and was fixed at the sum of §31,183.50, being the amount of $21,000 paid by plaintiff for his stock, with interest from June 13, 1906, which sum was adjudged to be paid directly to plaintiff with his costs; that the railroad and its directors who had been…
