*577Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Thomas A. Farber, J.), rendered May 16, 2006, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second violent felony offender, to a term of 15 years, to be followed by five years of postrelease supervision, affirmed.
