In the learned and able brief filed with their petition for a rehearing, counsel for appellant fail to cite a single Indiana case in support of their contentions, or to explain how we shall distinguish the case before us from former decisions of this court, upon which reliance was placed as authority for the conclusion arrived at in the principal opinion.
