This was an action on the case brought by the plaintiff in error against the defendants in error. The declaration contains eight counts. The first count alleges that on, See., the defendants, fraudulently intending to deceive the plaintiff, and to induce the plaintiff to purchase the bills of exchange therein mentioned, addressed to Bethuel F.
