Appellant brought this action in the circuit court of Lauderdale county against appellee to recover damages for an injury suffered by appellant, alleged to have been caused by the negligence of appellee. There was a trial, resulting in verdict and judgment for appellee. Prom that judgment, appellant prosecutes this appeal. ,
