The matter comes before the court on exceptions; one set filed by Miriam L. Parren to the auditing judge’s failure to take jurisdiction to set aside a transfer of real estate and shares of stock in a building association, or at least to compel the grantee and transferee to refund to the estate the money thereafter received by her from sale of such property. This exceptant is a creditor of the estate, and her claim has been allowed by the auditing judge.
