MEMORANDUM OPINION A grand jury indicted Defendant Ramon Abass on one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 922(g). ECF No. 1. Abass now moves to suppress the firearm and pills recovered when police stopped and subsequently arrested him on March 14, 2025. ECF No. 24. Although it is a close case, the court finds that police had reasonable suspicion to justify the initial stop which then ripened into probable cause for arrest.…
