This is a proceeding in certiorari and grows out of the following situation: On April 22, 1909, in the superior court of the county of San Joaquin, an action was brought by E. Gjurich, one of the petitioners herein, against one Fanny Fieg to recover the sum of five thousand dollars for alleged services. Thereupon a writ of attachment was issued and levied upon certain real and personal property of the defendant in the action. The undertaking for said attachment was executed by A.T.
