Zuskar, a naturalized citizen of the United • States and defendant here, was subpoened 1 as a witness under § 235 (a) 2 of the Immigration and Nationali ty Act of 1952, 66 Stat. 163, 198, 8 U.S. C.A. § 1225(a) to give testimony before the Immigration and Naturalization Service regarding one Calvin Brook.
