EAGER, Judge.

Defendant was found guilty by a jury of the offenses of second degree bur 'glary and stealing; the court found that he had been convicted of a prior felony and, ■after overruling his motion for new trial, ■sentenced him to four years’ imprisonment for each offense, the sentences to run con■currently. This appeal followed. No brief has been filed here for the defendant, so we consider all sufficient assignments of his motion for new trial.
