People v. Cummings
Appellate Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York
1Opinion of the Court
—Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Boklan, J.), rendered July 12, 1999, convicting him of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (two counts), unlawful possession of marihuana, and resisting arrest, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of the defendant’s omnibus motion which was to suppress certain physical evidence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
